Fast Connect provides an application lodgement service only. The Applicant(s) is/are solely responsible for all fees, charges and tariff payments in respect to connections, account establishments, bonds and usage to all services providers.
Fast Connect and Fast Connect distributors may receive a fee from your nominated providers for providing the lodgement service. A Fast Connect distributor may include your real estate agent (whom you rent or buy a property from), a relocation agent or any third party who introduces you to the Fast Connect service.
Fast Connect has no responsibility for the performance of the service providers in regard to connections, charges or supply, including delays and discontinuity of supply.
In the event connections to service providers are cancelled the Applicant(s) remain(s) responsible for all payments to service providers incurred between connection and cancellation.
By submitting this Online Application, The Applicant(s)
authorise Fast Connect to arrange the connection and/or disconnection of Service(s) and Account(s) on their behalf with the nominated supplier(s).
agree to be solely liable for all Supplier Accounts and to comply with both Fast Connect's Terms and Conditions and the Supplier(s) Terms and Conditions.
acknowledge that they have Read and Understood all Fast Connect's Terms and Conditions, including the Fast Connect Privacy Policy.

Available to customers who connect through Fast Connect for an electricity or gas account in NSW, ACT, SA, VIC or eligible regions in QLD, and those who connect through Fast Connect for a gas or internet account in WA.
Customers must have remained connected for a minimum of 30 days and have received their first bill.
Applies to one account only (electricity or gas or internet) and can only be redeemed once.
Customer must provide valid BPAY details from the back of the bill (paper) or page 2 (email) on their first bill. This can be supplied by visiting the link in your order confirmation email or by calling 1300 661 464.
Credits are processed by Fast Connect weekly (Friday) and may take up to five business days to be received by the applicable retailer. Credit requests received after 6:00pm AEST Thursdays will fall within the next weekly cycle.
Offer is valid for 6 months from date of connection. If not claimed, Fast Connect will send a reminder via email within 60 days of the connection date.
Offer does not apply to any other services and cannot be claimed for accounts not established by Fast Connect.
Credit may not appear on the first retailer bill after payment due to factors outside of Fast Connect’s control.
Fast Connect reserves the right to remove this offer at any time.
